1. About the Order Process

From the product page you wish to purchase, select the options and quantity, then add to cart.
After the order is completed, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email after some time, please check your "spam folder" or check your order status from your order history.
*If the product is out of stock, we will contact you.




 

2. About Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available:

Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB)
Mobile payment (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, Paidy deferred payment

●Cash on delivery (a system where you pay the fee in cash at your doorstep when the product is delivered) is not supported.

・No prior registration or credit card registration required.
・Purchase now with just your email address and mobile phone number. Payment is due by the 27th of the following month via convenience store payment, bank transfer, or automatic debit.
・No matter how many times you purchase in a month, payment is summarized into a single payment the following month.

3. About Shipping

Shipping will be via Yamato Transport's mail service or Sagawa Express's delivery service.
Free shipping for purchases of 3,980 yen (tax included) or more.

4. About Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

For returns/exchanges due to customer convenience, we will generally only accept unopened and unused items, provided you contact us by phone or email within 7 days of product arrival.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our products, if there is any defect in the product delivered, please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 7 days of product arrival.
We will arrange for prompt action.

●Shipping costs for exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery will be borne by our company.
●For customer convenience, shipping costs for sending and returning will be borne by the customer (prepaid).
●In some cases, exchanges may not be possible, such as when the same product is unavailable.
In such cases, please accept a refund.
